\u2018\u2019<\/span><\/i> Ancien militaire retrait\u00e9, technicien m\u00e9dical et param\u00e9dic de formation, je suis tr\u00e8s actif depuis mon tout jeune \u00e2ge. J\u2019ai fait de la comp\u00e9tition de haut niveau en v\u00e9lo de montagne depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es et j\u2019ai \u00e9galement une grande exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 coacher les jeunes que ce soit en hockey mineur ou en v\u00e9lo de montagne. Pr\u00e9sentement je suis patrouilleur en v\u00e9lo de montagne \u00e0 Empire 47 et assistant coach pour le club de v\u00e9lo de montagne Primeau. ‘<\/span><\/i>‘ As a health and physical education teacher, sharing my passion for physical activity is an integral part of my life. For me, cycling is synonymous with pleasure and happiness. When I’m on my bike, time stands still and I find myself in the present moment. Cycling is my way of always being able to push my limits a little further, to surpass myself. As a mountain biker for over 20 years now, the technical sections were very difficult for me when I started out. I had to work hard to overcome my fears and gain confidence.
